Our Seville Grove Community Manager for three+ years

What’s your favourite memory from work? The wonderful people I interact with on a daily basis and the fun we have at our special ACTIVATE events and seeing the joy on my residents faces.

How do you make your community welcoming, and make a difference in a resident’s day? I love coming to work and interacting with our residents. It’s the little things that seem to make the difference to our residents. A couple of minutes listening often solves small things becoming big issues. Through first being the relief manager across our WA communities, it has been invaluable to see how other managers create their communities. I have been very grateful for that experience.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working? I like to spend time with my family, walking with my dogs – Beau, the 12-year-old Spoodle and my foster fail Moya, the 13-year-old Shitzu Maltese. I also love doing crafty projects.

If you could a cuisine every day for the rest of your life, what would you choose?

It would have to be Italian!

What’s a fun fact about you? I am ambidextrous.

I enjoy bush walking as well as gardening at home.

And if you can’t be outdoors, what is your favourite indoor activity?
