Ingenia Gardens boasts two seniors independent living communities located within the Mandurah suburb of Erskine. Located less than one kilometer from one another, both Ingenia Gardens Ocean Grove and Ingenia Gardens Seascape are conveniently located just off Old Coast Road, opposite the Halls Head Recreation Centre. Both communities are well serviced with a bus stop located near by.

Both boutique communities are overseen by their own dedicated Community Manager who take care of the day-to-day operations of their community. Both locations offer similar home designs, community facilities and resident benefits programs.
